Blog Tour, Giveaway & Review: Raze by Tillie Cole

To take back life, one must first face death...

One man stripped of his freedom, his morals...his life.

Conditioned in captivity to maim, to kill and to slaughter, prisoner 818 becomes an unremorseful, unrivaled and unstoppable fighter in the ring. Violence is all he knows. Death and brutality are the masters of his fate.

After years of incarceration in an underground hell, only one thought occupies his mind: revenge...bloody, slow and violent revenge.

Revenge on the man who lied.

Revenge on the man who wronged him.

Revenge on the man who condemned him and turned him into this: a rage-fueled killing machine. A monster void of humanity; a monster filled with hate.

And no one will stand in the way of getting what he wants.

One woman stripped of her freedom, her morals...her life.

Kisa Volkova is the only daughter of Kirill The SilencerVolkov, head of the infamous Triadbosses of New York's Russian Bratva. Her life is protected. In reality, its a virtual prison. Her fathers savage treatment of his rivals and his lucrative and coveted underground gambling ringThe Dungeonensures too many enemies lurk at their door.

She dreams to be set free.

Kisa has known only cruelty and loss in her short life. As manager of her fathers death match enterprise, only grief and pain fill her days. Her mafia boss father, in her world, rules absolute. And her fiancé, Alik Durov, is no better; the Dungeons five-time champion, a stone-cold killer, the treasured son of her fathers best friend, and her very ownand much resentedpersonal guard. Unrivaled in both strength and social standing, Alik controls every facet of Kisas life, dominates her every move; keeps her subdued and dead inside...then one night changes everything.

While working for her churchthe only reprieve in her constant surveillanceKisa stumbles across a tattooed, scarred, but stunningly beautiful homeless man on the streets. Something about him stirs feelings deep within her; familiar yet impossibly forbidden desires. He doesnt talk. Doesnt communicate with anyone. Hes a man beyond saving, and a man she must quickly forget...for both their sakes.

But when weeks later, out of the blue and to her complete surprise, hes announced as the replacement fighter in The Dungeon, Kisa knows shes in a whole lot of trouble. Hes built, ripped and lethally unforgiving to his opponents, leaving fear in his wake and the look of death in his eyes.

Kisa becomes obsessed with him. Yearns for him. Craves his touch. Needs to possess this mysterious man...this man they call Raze.
Candi's 5* Review:
Holy crap this book was freaking awesome!! I absolutley love Tillie Cole and her books and this one def did not disappoint, not in the least!! Yep, it was totally different than anything i have read from her before, Yep, it was dark and twisted but it is absolutley brilliant!! From page one I was sucked in, I could not put it down for nothing, my poor hubby and kiddos were on the own until I finished Raze but even then I didn't want it to end!!

They have known each other since they were babies and even then they were destined to be together, soul mates. Luka Toltosi was the love of Kisa Volkov's life......until suddenly jealousy and greed tears them apart in a flash. Not only has her twin brother Rodion been murdered but she also learns that Luka was killed as well leaving her broken beyond words.

In a flash life for Raze changed in an instant. The only way for him to survive is to fight till death and either he will win and survive or he will lose and die. From the age of 14 he was thrown into the Gulag prison and pumped full of drugs and forced to forget his life before being imprisoned until suddenly one night he is able to escape and the only thing he can think of is revenge on the one person who wrongly accused him and sent him to "hell"

12 years later Kisa is now engaged to Alik. He is a fighter as well and completley crazy!! He is extremely jealous of Kisa and threatens anyone who even looks her way. Despite his possessive controlling ways Kisa loves Alik although her love for him could never compare to her love for her Luka. Alik keeps a tight hold on Kisa and never lets her out of his sight unless she is helping out with her church. While volunteering one night and handing out care packages to the homeless Kisa is attacked but then a mysterous man comes to her rescue. There is just something about this man that pulls her to him, even though she knows she must be crazy she can't explain it........could it be??? Could it really be him???

Again, holy crap!!! This book kept me on the edge of my seat. That Alik was a real piece of work!! I freaking loved Raze and I could not get enough of him and Kisa together. The way he felt for her will pull at your heart strings. He is so lost and broken but dispite what he can remember he knows she means something to him. GAHHHHHH, I can't keep going on and on or I will give it away just trust me when I say....GO ONE CLICK THIS BOOK!!! Besides, if its a Tillie Cole book, you can't go wrong :)

Amazon & USA Today Best Selling Author, Tillie Cole, is a Northern girl through and through. She originates from a place called Teesside on that little but awesomely sunny (okay I exaggerate) Isle called Great Britain. She was brought up surrounded by her English rose mother -- a farmer's daughter, her crazy Scottish father, a savagely sarcastic sister and a multitude of rescue animals and horses.

Being a scary blend of Scottish and English, Tillie embraces both cultures; her English heritage through her love of HP sauce and freshly made Yorkshire Puddings, and her Scottish which is mostly demonstrated by her frighteningly foul-mouthed episodes of pure rage and her much loved dirty jokes.

Having been born and raised as a Teesside Smoggie, Tillie, at age nineteen, moved forty miles north to the 'Toon', Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, where she attended Newcastle University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts honours degree in Religious Studies. She returned two years later to complete a Post-Graduate Certificate in Teaching High School Social Studies. Tillie, regards Newcastle to be a home from home and enjoyed the Newcastle Geordie way of life for seven 'proper mint' and 'lush' years.

One summers day, after finishing reading her thousandth book on her much loved and treasured Kindle, Tillie turned to her husband and declared, "D'you know, I have a great idea for a story. I could write a book." Several months later, after repeating the same tired line at the close of another completed story, she was scolded by her husband to shut up talking about writing a novel and "just bloody do it!" For the first time in eleven years, Tillie actually took his advice (he is still trying to get over the shock) and immediately set off on a crazy journey, delving deep into her fertile imagination.

Tillie, ever since, has written from the heart. She combines her passion for anything camp and glittery with her love of humour and dark brooding men (most often muscled and tattooed – they’re her weakness!). She also has a serious side (believe it or not!) and loves to immerse herself in the complex study of World Religions, History and Cultural Studies and creates fantasy stories that enable her to thread serious issues and topics into her writing -- yep, there's more to this girl than profanity and sparkles!

After six years of teaching high school Social Studies and following her Professional Rugby Player husband around Europe, they have finally given up their nomadic way of life and settled in Calgary, Alberta where Tillie spends most of her days (and many a late night) lost in a writing euphoria or pursuing a dazzling career as a barrel-racing, tasselled-chap wearing, Stetson-sporting cowgirl... Ye-haw!

Book Title: Steeling My Haart Author: Lizzy Roberts Genre: Contemporary Romance Release Date: March 2015 Hosted by: Book Enthusiast Promotions
Eight years ago a tornado devastated the community of Glen Springs. That same night my heart was torn to shreds when he left. Now, all I have to live for is work. I’m successful and have a good life, just like he wished. So, why am I so unhappy? A tragedy is bringing me home and I’m now finding my well ordered and successful life hurled into a whirlwind of uncertainty. The biggest threat of all comes in the shape of Charlie Haart, the number one reason I have stayed away from Glen Springs for so long.
Unedited and subject to change After what felt like hours, Charlie could still hear the siren still blaring above them. This was one bad storm cell and it sounded like they were far from being out of the woods yet. Fumbling about the dark shelter, he could just see the outlines of a couple of boxes and a cupboard in the far corner of the small underground room. As the lightening flashes continued to light the room sporadically he was able to release a shaking Emma and attempt to find some light. “Sweetheart, I just need to reach over there and see if there is any candles or a torch, ok? I will be right back and won’t leave you, I promise.” He saw her nod her head in acknowledgement and fumbled across and found a box of candles and some storm matches in one of the boxes. When he has finally lit a few candles, the room looked a little less scary and was pretty well stocked. It seemed as though the old lady had kept this place provisioned with a few bits right up until she moved. Charlie saw Emma cowered in the same spot, in mild shock no doubt and he scooted towards her taking her once again into his arms. She was quiet, almost too quiet and as he scanned around the room he saw that there was a huge, yet, comfy looking sofa covered in some beautiful handmade quilts and gently lifted her across the room and gently laid her on the sofa, covering her with a couple of the patchwork quilts. As he went to seek out the other boxes in the shelter, Emma reached out and grabbed his arm. “Thank you.” The tiny quivering voice echoed round the room. “Thank you, Spark. You literally just saved my life. Twice.” Then she burst into a heart-wrenching sobbing fit. Charlie gently climbed on to the sofa with her and took her gorgeous, tear-stained face tenderly into his hands and wiped away the tears with his thumbs. Kissing her forehead gently he replied, “My absolute pleasure sweetheart. Knowing there could be a world without you in it would completely break me do you know that? I would die before I’d let anything happen to you Emma. I really would.” Teasers

Accidentally Wolf Excerpt and Playlist Tour

Accidentally Wolf by Elle BoonAccidentally Wolf
For veterinarian Cora Welch, being bitten by a young injured wolf wasn’t the best day of her life, nor the raging fever that followed. However, finding herself faced with a naked man proved even more than she had ever bargained for. Zayn couldn’t believe what his inner wolf was telling him when he first saw the human doctor Cora, standing in nothing but a towel. The last thing he wanted was a mate, especially an accidental one. And at a time when danger seemed to be coming at the Mystic Pack from an unknown source, it just wasn’t in his plans. All he had to do was get Cora through the fever, keep her safe from the other pack, and keep his fangs to himself. But nobody told him he’d have to fight a mating urge so strong within himself, that it was a losing battle. Now, he has to explain to Cora that he accidentally marked her for a second time, making her just like him. Cora knew something was not right in her world the moment she wanted to climb her rescuer like a tree. Hearing Zayn tell her she was now a werewolf, like him and his pack, she realized she now had a home. If her new mate still wanted her after he heard about her family, Cora knew she’d be happy to be an accidental wolf. Amazon: Amazon: Secret Cravings: Barnes & Noble: ARE:

Sexy Excerpt
No stranger to touching herself, Cora needed relief. For every beat of her heart, she felt an echo between her legs. She sucked two fingers into her mouth and swirled her tongue around each digit before reaching under her lace briefs. Her body jerked as she unerringly touched her swollen clit. “Oh, yes,” she whispered. Trailing her fingers down farther, she gathered more of her own juices and rubbed in small circles, not wanting to come too quick. A male groan shattered the otherwise silent room. Cora stilled her fingers, and her head turned toward the hallway leading to the bedrooms. Standing in a pair of loose sweats was Zayn. His eyes seemed to glow from the moonlight shining through the huge picture window, but his gaze didn’t meet hers. No, they were focused on where her fingers were. Instead of being embarrassed, she decided to give him a show. With her free hand, she pushed the lacy fabric down, exposing what she was doing to his rapt attention. She used one hand to open herself up, showing him how wet she was, then retraced her fingers to her opening, plunging two fingers into her pussy. She couldn’t hold back the cry from how good it felt to be filled by anything, even her own fingers. Her eyes slid closed, unable to watch to see if he enjoyed the show. She pumped in and out with one hand, using the heel to rub her clit. “Fuck,” she panted. She was on the edge of orgasm when her hand was removed to be replaced by Zayn’s tongue. “What are you doing?” Cora asked, near the edge. “You taste so good.” Even though he didn’t answer, she didn’t care. She wanted to come. God, when was the last time she needed to come this badly? She ran her hand through his hair, amazed at how soft it was. “Don’t stop, please, don’t stop.” A rumble was her answer, and then he pressed two of his fingers into her. She forgot all about his hair or hers. She was all about sensation. She screamed as she came harder than she’d ever come in her life, but it wasn’t enough. She wanted, no, she needed, more than his fingers filling her. “Zayn, I need you. Please, please, don’t leave me. I’m begging you to fuck me. Now.” In the bright light of the day, she knew she was going to kick her own ass for the whining and begging, but at that moment she didn’t care. Her body was like a living flame, ready to burst into a million pieces if he didn’t fuck her. “You don’t know what you’re asking. It’s just the fever. Here, let me take care of you.” When Zayn rubbed his fingers on her oversensitive clit, Cora tried to pull away. With strength that shocked her, she flipped their positions, sitting astride Zayn with only a thin pair of sweats separating their bodies. She grabbed the hem of her tank and jerked it above her head, loving the way his blue eyes riveted to her breasts. Her nipples had always been sensitive to the touch, but with his gaze tracking her fingers as she pinched them into tighter points, they became hard peaks. She ground her wet core against his extremely hard erection, an erection that would’ve scared her if she was in her right mind, but she was hornier than she’d ever been. “If you don’t want to take care of me, then I will just go out and find me another man who wants me, Zayn.” With each word she rubbed up and down his shaft. He growled and reversed their positions so fast her head swam. “Mine,” he growled. The deep rumble had her pussy quivering in need. The impatient way he shoved his sweats down and kicked them off had excitement flooding her system. The vision of a naked and erect Zayn made Cora wetter, if that was even possible. She spread her legs wider in a display of wanton need. “Then take me, Zayn.” She wasn’t sure what she’d expected. Being flipped on her stomach and onto her hands and knees wasn’t it. Again, she didn’t care as long as he filled her. The sound of foil ripping open almost made her whimper at the loss. She wanted to have his seed bathing her insides and shook her head. “Are you changing your mind?” Cora looked over her shoulder. “What? No, hurry for the love of God.” With that, Zayn wasted no time, and for that Cora was pleased. If she had more time to think on her irrational thoughts, she wasn’t sure she’d have wanted to continue. Of course that was before he began. Zayn surged into her in one thrust, filling her to the point of pain. “Damn, you’re so fucking tight. Don’t move.” That was a truly laughable thing for him to say. Cora felt like someone had shoved a two by ten into her. She literally froze, hoping he’d back out slowly without ripping her in half. Her arms shook from the strain of holding herself up. How long would it take for him to go soft and get out? “I’m sorry I hurt you. Just hold still. Your body will adjust,” he grunted. “You’re not the one with a fucking baseball bat shoved up your hoo-ha.” Zayn laughed. “Relax, baby. I promise to make you feel good.” He reached between their bodies and touched Cora’s clit, but she jerked away. “Don’t do that, honey.” The endearment made Cora feel special and eased some of her tension even though she knew it was silly. “That’s it.” Zayn strummed her clit.

He turned, electric blue eyes flashing. “Come? Sit? Little girl, I am not a dog you teach to do tricks.” “Oh I don’t know. I think you know all kinds of cool tricks.” She winked. He stalked towards her. “Now you want to talk all sexual? Baby, you are playing with fire.” “If you answer my questions, I’ll reward you.” “Fine,” he sighed. He was so cute she leaned forward and kissed him, just a light brush of her lips over his. She blinked up at him when he just sat there. “I’m waiting.” “I thought you were kissing me.” He tried to deepen the kiss. Cora pulled back. “Let’s do this like a game. Do you like games?” She sucked his top lip into her mouth. Dressed in a pair of borrowed sweats that had belonged to Niall’s mate and one of Zayn’s T-shirts, Cora smiled. His eyes narrowed. “Why am I a little scared?” “Is the big bad wolf scared of little ole me?” Cora leaned back into the soft cushions with one knee bent, the other with her foot planted on the floor. “For every answer you give me, I’ll take off a piece of clothing. Once I’m down to the skin, you can have your wicked way with me.” For Cora it really was a win-win situation. Zayn moved closer so their knees were touching. “Think of something, anything.” Keeping the image of her imaginary wall firmly in place, she kept her naughtiest thoughts behind it. However, the things she pictured made her nipples hard and had a flush covering her pale skin. “Damn it, that’s not fair. You’re thinking of sex. You can’t think of sex,” he growled. She slapped his thigh. “You could read my thoughts still?” “No, your body told on you. I couldn’t read or see a thing. Now off with something.” Zayn waggled his eyebrows. Cora looked down at her bare feet, chewed on her bottom lip, and then decided to take the oversized top off. She still had her bra on, much to Zayn’s dismay. The borrowed T-shirt dropped between them soundlessly. She watched Zayn look at the white T, then her chest, and back again. He bared his teeth in a grimace, and then knocked it off their legs. “No fair. Girls wear too many clothes.” His eyes however gleamed with appreciation. She took a breath. “How will I know how to picture my wolf?” That was a question that really bothered her. “While you were out, I texted my mom. She says for you to picture a smaller version of a dark brown wolf. Your wolf is inside you and will know what it needs to look like. However, she…ah…she said the first time for a turned werewolf isn’t the same as for us born.” She waited, and when it didn’t seem like he was going to go on, she waved her hands. “And?” Zayn raised an eyebrow. “I answered a question. I’m waiting for my reward.” He sat back and crossed his arms. Oh, he was so going to pay. She reached behind her, pretended she couldn’t quite get the catch of her bra to come undone. “Can you help me?” As she turned to give him her back, she accidentally brushed the bulge straining the front of his sweats with her palm and pretended not to notice his swift intake of breath. * * * * Zayn loved the way his mate wanted to play with him. Wolves as a whole were a playful lot, unless their families were attacked. He shook off the fear and anger, not letting anything intrude upon the game Cora had begun. After he unhooked the bra, he helped her remove the article of clothing, tossing it behind him, accidentally brushing her nipples. Cora rolled her eyes and shook her head like he was a petulant child. “So what did she say was the difference?” “She said because you are already a full grown adult you shouldn’t trip over your paws. Our young tend to stumble just like toddlers do when they first learn to walk.” He watched her mouth drop open, and then her small body launched forward, knocking him on his back. Zayn caught her arms to her side. Her laughing and calling him names amused him like nothing ever had. Yes, he’d played with his brother and Jett when they were cubs, and he loved playing with the kids of the pack. But wrestling with a half-naked Cora was on a different level completely. He’d had lots of sex, more than he cared to admit. Not that he was ever callous or didn’t make the women feel important, but they hadn’t been his mate. The bond between him and Cora was like a living breathing thing he never wanted to do without. “You cheated. Now you have to take something off.” Cora rested with her elbows on his chest, staring at him in earnest. “Since you seem to be making up these rules, is there a certain item I need to take off or is it my choice.” She tapped her finger on her chin. “I say a shirt for a shirt.”

Author Bio
I’m a wife and mother who is a retired stay at home mom of 2. I say retired because my youngest is 14 and my oldest is 20. When my baby went to school, reading saved my sanity, and then the same year he started school, I was diagnosed with Cancer, again reading saved my sanity. When I recovered and realized how quickly life could change, I made a bucket list. The number one thing was to live. Check. On top of that list was to become a published author. Check. Eight years later I have accomplished that goal and several others. I live in the Midwest, but I”m a southern girl with only a slight twang who says y’all quite frequently, and am known to say “Bless Your Heart” A LOT. If you know what that means, you do not want to be the one I say that to, lol. I cuss worse than if a trucker and a sailor were put together, but I do it with class *WEG*. I write what I love to read, erotic romance. My books are definitely full of lots of story, but I leave nothing to the imagination in or out of the bedroom. My hope is that after readers have read one of my stories, they fall in love with the characters as much as I have. The best part of my new journey is that I get to create new worlds, and have all kinds of stories in my head just waiting to be written. I truly love to hear from readers. You can find me on Twitter, Facebook or my webside, but I’m on Facebook ALL the time, so find me. I’d love to hear from you J

EXCERPT, Obsidian Faith, Chapter Twelve “You want to be a doctor?” Trevor said. “No, a nurse. I want to help people get over drug addiction and stuff, but I don’t want to go to school for all the years it takes to be a doctor.” “That’s cool. Just don’t fall for some doctor and forget about me,” he teased. “I’d never forget you, Trevor,” she said. “And I’ll never fall for some doctor.” “How do you know?” he said. “You’ll go off to college and I’ll be as good as forgotten.” “You’ll forget me first,” she said. “You already have. You’re the one who’s taking Emily Winters to the prom and everything.” “It’s just another rite of passage.” “A what?” “It’s one of those things you’re expected to do at certain ages that transition you from one stage in life to another.” “Oh, well. I’m not passing any rites with anyone but you,” She said. “You’re too young to say that, Shanice. You’ve got a lot of growing up to do.” “So do you.” She protested, just as he expected her to. “Yeah, but I’m closer to twenty-one than you are, and I’ll be going off to college in a couple of years.” “I know, but I won’t forget you,” Shanice said with conviction. “How do you know this?” Trevor asked. “Because I’m going to be like Amy March in Little Women.” “Never heard of it,” Trevor said. “Probably because boys think it’s stupid. But there is a Little Men, and Jo’s Boys and they’re about orphans and stuff. Anyway, they’re classics. Mom read the books when she was about my age, so she gave them to me for Christmas.” “What does this have to do with you not forgetting me?” “You’ll have to read Little Women to find out,” she said cryptically.
