Front & Center by AM Madden Blog Tour & Review

ebook
Expected publication: February 18th 2014

Warning: This book is meant for mature readers who are 18+. It contains explicit language, and graphic sexual content.

Jack was a rock star on the way to fame. Leila was following her dream and joining his band as a back-up singer. An insane attraction sparked between them that they couldn’t deny. Attraction quickly led to so much more. They ignored all the warnings and fell in love.

When the couple embark on their tour, they couldn’t be more excited to travel the country hand in hand on the way to stardom. The road ahead is filled with miles and miles of possibilities. Along with their band, Devil’s Lair, they feel nothing could stop them.

An angry ex-band-mate, a pregnant ex-girlfriend, and never-ending Internet gossip all attempt to wreak havoc on their developing relationship. New love does not mix well with stress, pressure and guilt. Together they face each and every challenge, stubbornly fighting for what they have. Will their determination be enough?

This is my 5 Star review for Front & Center by A.M Madden for Eskimo Princess Book Blog.

Front & Center is the second book in the Back-Up Series. It continues where Back-Up left off. Leila and Jack are getting ready to embark on their Devil’s Lair tour with the rest of the band; Scott, Hunter, and Trey. Jack has just revealed his secret to Leila and we are awaiting her response. Will Leila be able to deal with everything Jack has revealed to her?  Will Jack be able to deal with everything Jessa has warned him about in a civilized manner?

If you loved Jack in Back-Up then you will fall even deeper for him in Front & Center. I know I did. Jack was amazing, there was a point in the book that I wished my Kindle could magically open into his world so I could hold him and tell him everything was going to be okay. He really is swoon worthy. Leila is a great leading lady as well. There was a time when I wanted to reach through the kindle and shake her silly but other than that one instance she was her smart, beautiful, and caring self. I understand why she had to do what she did, but man was I upset with her.

A.M Madden has done another great job of giving us Hot and Steamy front row seats into two great rock bands, Devil’s Lair and Cliffhangers. Both set of guys and their leading ladies are wonderful characters. You will fall in love with them all. I recommend this book to anyone who read Back-Up, loves romance stories about rock bands, and all my family and friends who love to read as much as I do.

I look forward to Leila and Jack’s story continuing in Encore, coming soon from A.M Madden.

I received Front & Center as an ARC from the author in exchange for my honest review.

Back Up follows Leila and Jack as they head down a path to fame with their band Devil’s Lair. Devil’s Lair is looking for a female backup singer, in which Leila applies. When she auditions, it is magic from the very start. She has everything the band his looking for; looks, talent, and personality. Leila has always wanted to be a singer in a rock band ever since she was a little girl. She had a strong character, her heart is pure and her love for Jack is even stronger.  Will she allow the growing attraction she feels for Jack, Devil’s Lair’s lead singer, ruin her chances at fame? Will Jack continue to be the playboy that he has always been?

The attraction between Jack and Leila is undeniable. When they are in the same room, sparks fly. Jack, oh Jack, he is mouthwatering. He has all the powers to make the coldest of women melt. He has a look that will drive any woman insane, but his words, boy they will make you swoon and your panties melt. When things go beyond friendship will Leila be able to deny how she feels for Jack? She knows he has the power to destroy not only her career but also her heart. When a bomb is dropped in Jack’s lap will Leila be able to stand by his side or will she run as fast and as far as she can from him?

I enjoyed this book a lot. The main characters were great and the secondary characters were just as strong. You have two bands in this book so you definitely get your dose of sexy rocker (there are 8 total rocker hotties in this book to fall for). I recommend this book to anyone who can’t turn down a story about a sexy rock band. I look forward to Jack and Leila’s story continuing in book 2 in the series Front & Center.

I received Back Up as an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
