Texas Cowboy is a short romance between a British lady named Vicky and a
Texas cowboy named Jack. Vicky is visiting her long lost cousin Laura
in Texas for a few weeks. Laura is very uptight. She is on a mission to
find Victoria a rich husband so she can stay in Texas. Jack is a ranch
owner but he doesn’t advertise it. When he comes across the British
beauty he is immediately entranced. What will happen when things between
Vicky and Jack go deeper than friendship? What will happen when Jack’s
past slams into his present?
This was easy read for me. It felt a little rushed for my taste. I felt that the author left so many questions unanswered. There was very little romance and zero steam. I found some grammar issues but nothing that took away from the story. I give kudos to the author but this one didn’t really work for me.
