This is my 5 star review for Axel by Harper Sloan.
Axel is a second chance romance between high school sweethearts Axel Reid and Izzy West. Izzy is a broken, shattered, shell of a woman. When her husband Brandon beats her unconscious she is saved by her best friend Dee but at what cost? Will she ever be free of her abusive husband? Axel Reid is a former Marine turned part owner of Corp Security. When Axel’s heart is broken after he leaves for boot camp by a young beauty he vows to never give his heart to another. Will he be able to give his heart over to Izzy the second time she shows up in his life?
I really love what Harper Sloan done with this book. She gives us so much emotion throughout the entire book. There was laughter, crying, and smiles galore. The love scenes are hot and steamy. I love a good possessive alpha male and Harper Sloan delivered! The writing is flawless and it makes you feel what the characters are feeling. I devoured this one from start to finish in no time flat. I can’t wait to read about Cage, Beck, Cooper, and my favorite Locke. The guys of Corp Security sure do know how to treat their women and those they love.

This is my 5 star review for Beck by Harper Sloan.
Let me start off by saying that I am loving the new book covers, HOTTTT!!!!
Beck is about John “Beck” Beckett and Denise “Dee” Roberts. Beck is a former Marine. He is a hot, sexy, alpha hero with a heart of gold. When he meets Greg’s honorary sister Dee he knows he has found his match. What he doesn’t know is just how hard it will be to convince Dee of that.
Dee is a happy, beautiful, carefree, independent woman. Well at least that is what she wants everyone to think. In reality, she is a scarred, scared, shell of a person. She has been hurt by the men in her past so much that she doesn’t know how to let love from a man in. Will Dee be able to fight her demons and see Beck for the man he is?
Wow, Harper Sloan sure knows how to supply us with a great emotional journey of two people falling in love. The hurt will leave you raw at first but it will mend you as well. I really don’t want to give too much away because it will take away from Dee and Beck’s story. There are a few “oh no, oh no” moments that will have you gripping the edge of your seat. Even through all the love and loss the guys of Corp Security show us exactly why they are the best.
I look forward to reading Uncaged, Cooper, and Locke. Oh my sweet, magnificent, Maddox, you are not far away from me now. ;)

What will happen when these two newlyweds add to their family? What will happen when the unexpected happens? Well if you love the families of Corp Security please read this one and see because you won’t regret it.
Oh my sweet Cohen, how you have managed to weasel your way even deeper into my heart. You are an awesome super hero and wonderful big brother that everyone is so proud of. Harper Sloan gives us another emotion packed story. Awesome!! I can only hope by that little snippet at the end that Cohen will eventually get his own novel as well!! Please, Harper, Pretty PLEASE!!! I am not so patiently, patiently, waiting for Cooper and Locke. (If you have read any of my other reviews you know how much I LOVE Maddox!!)
The guys of Corp Security are all over the top. From the alpha males to the glitter loving Sway, I love them all. I would recommend Axel, Cage, Beck, and Uncaged to anyone who loves reading about dirty talking, body worshipping, HOT alpha males!!
