Title: Life After Taylah
Author: Bella Jewel
Release Date: May 26, 2014
My mother's name is Taylah, and once, a very long time ago, she was my best friend - she was everything I wanted to be.
Until the night she disappeared.
Ten years on and my life, my families lives and the world around us has never been the same again.
How can it be when you are left not knowing?
No leads. No connections. Nothing. Just pure emptiness.
My dancing is the only way I can separate
myself from the pain that lies in my home, in my father's eyes and in my
brother's spirit. They need me and I'll fight with everything I am to
be there for them, but who will be there for me?
Then I meet Nate.
Champion Motocross racer and everything my
father doesn't want for me. He's forbidden, he's beautiful, and he's
carrying a bundle of his own secrets.
When I step into his world, there is no turning back.
He will consume me.
He will teach me how to breathe again.
He will put a tiny piece of my broken heart, back together.

This is my 5 star review for Life After Taylah by Bella
Jewel for Eskimo Princess Book Reviews.
Life After Taylah is about Avery, a young ballet dancer that
has been lost and broken since her mother and best friend, Taylah went missing
ten years ago. She is beautiful and has so many things pulling her down. She
has been dealing with everything on her own, and she is so tired. Then one
night everything changes. Will she be able to get out of the relationship that
has been dragging her down? Will the special men in her life overrule the ones
that treat her like she doesn’t matter?
When Nathaniel Alexander, world champion motocross racer,
meets the lovely Avery something comes alive in him that has been dormant for
way too long. He is married but his marriage is only alive for the Macy. Will
he be able to walk away from a friendship and chance at real love? Will someone
come along and snag Avery’s heart before he has a chance to choose?
I can honestly say that I didn’t know what I was getting into
when I signed up for Life After Taylah but boy am I glad I did. I thought that
the story was very well written. Yes there is cheating in this one but it is
done in a way that doesn’t make cheating okay but it makes it understandable. I
loved Avery and Nate. I thought that they were so good together. Macy was such
a great little girl; she sure did pull at the heart strings that is for sure. This
story was both tragic and beautiful; it was passionate and raw, and it has
stuck with me since I finished. I only wished it would have been longer….
