After Kori's high school boyfriend Reed broke her heart into a million pieces she never thought she would fall in love again...that is until she meets Blake and he forever changes her life. Before the birth of their son Blake decides to take Kori away for a surprise weekend but before they reach their destination tragedy will strike leaving Kori all alone to raise their son Rhett. Having no where else to go she returns home to live with her parents. After a while and alot of convincing Kori eventually starts to open up again. One day while out with her best friend Maria she runs into the one man who broke her heart yet she never really got over, Reed. The more she tries to fight the attraction that is still there the harder it becomes. Will Reed be able to break down the walls that Kori puts up around herself? Will Kori be able to put her guilt of losing Blake aside and allow herself to open up and love again? Will she be able to forgive Reed?
OMG, I loved Reed, Kori and Rhett!!! Reed and Rhett together.....HOLLLLYYY SWOOON, my heart would melt every single time!! I loved the relationship that developed between the two of them!! Rhett was the sweetest and cutest little guy ever!!

Kori and her friend Maria together had me laughing my butt off. Maria was such a great and wonderful friend to Kori. The backstory with Maria and Gavin has me already itching for their book and hopefully we will get a little more on Kori, Reed and Rhett!!
