Where’s a curvy girl with a love of snowy mountains and cold, crisp air to find a man who’ll light her fire? Gerri Wilder knows just the place and most certainly the right shifter. Promising a guy with warm hands and a hot body to keep Juliet Taylor cozy on those long Alaskan nights, the sexy scientist has to wonder if the renowned matchmaker’s idea of a hot date will waddle up to her door wearing a tuxedo made of feathers.

Leaving home after a heart-wrenching tragedy, Tevrik Awulf has stayed hidden away in the most remote corner of Alaska for nearly fifteen years. Guilt, loneliness, and snow his only companions, he refuses to believe that any woman would ever live in a shack in the middle of the frozen tundra, let alone that the mate for him will fall out of the sky. Obviously, his friend’s had way too much caffeine.

Threatened by an avalanche, Tevrik finds himself catching the most gorgeous woman he’s ever laid eyes on as she falls right out of the sky. With every hour that passes, Juliet sinks deeper into his soul and becomes part of his very existence until he’s wonders how he ever lived without her. The world stops when Juliet goes missing. With the need to find, protect and tear apart whoever has taken her, Tevrik’s suppressed alpha roars to life. Can this lonely warrior let go of the past that haunts him or will he lose the only woman who can give him a future worth living?

Very engaging!! Loved this book.
Different setting, Alaska!!! and a girl who loves the cold. (Not me)
This book has a few different things than Ms. Taiden's normal books, but still her "trademarks" that have all of us coming back for more.
A brief glimpse of Ms. Gerri Wilder, but just brief!!
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
