Review: Clarity by Michelle Escamilla

ebook, 233 pages
Published October 31st 2013

After being emotionally scarred by her ex, Ava Martinez struggled to find a guy worth her time. She found happiness in her job, her boss was truly amazing, and being surrounded by friends that kept her smiling, but she knew that one thing was missing.

Brantley Fisher never considered himself a ladies man, but he didn’t have any problem melting the panties off of any willing woman he met. As he found himself climbing up the company ladder he made it well known, he was not the type of guy to settle down. That was until he noticed the petite brunette across the bar who would forever change his life.

Their passionate whirlwind romance brings them happiness they once worked so hard to avoid. However, their murky pasts will stop at nothing to keep them from finding love. In a moment of turmoil, they both find clarity. Will Ava and Brantley risk everything for true love?

This was such a great book!! This is the story of Ava and Brantley. Ava has been hurt in the past bc of a slimy ex and Brantley is just a one night stand, mark that bedpost kind of guy. One night while at a bar with friends the two meet and instantly have a connection. The chemistry between the two is awesome and off the charts HOTTT!!! They quickly become an item and are inseparable unless working. I loved Ava and Brantley together!! Brantley def makes my list of one of my top BBB. If you are looking to read a book that isn't filled with so many twists and turns you can't keep up, this is the book for you. Don't get me wrong, I love a good drama filled book but sometimes its good to just read a good love story and watch a couple grow. Ava and Brantley do have a few bumps here and there but they do overcome it. I wish the book had an epilogue to give you a little more on Ava and Brantley's future, but I am happy with the way it ended. Maybe in the future we could get a book on Ava's best friend Scarlett and Chris (hint hint) and hear how things are with Ava and Brantley.
