All I can say about this book is.....AHHH-MAZING!!!! Once I started reading I was hooked and could not put it down and ended up staying up all night devouring it!!
Hope is running from her past and trying to survive. She must always stay on the move and avoid letting others get to close to her...that is until she finds herself in New Orleans working at The Bayou.
Nic once had it all. Now he is just trying to make it day by day dealing with all his grief and blaming himself for his daughters death....until he meets Hope.
When Hope and Nic meet they are instantly drawn together and the sparks fly. Nic wants to protect Hope and keep her safe. Hope sees the same struggles every time she looks in Nic's eyes.
Will their relationship be able to survive when they come face to face with the past? Will Hope end up running again? Will they get a HEA?
The secondary characters in this book are awesome!! You have Maman Rose, Big Daddy and Nicky. They make Hope see that some people will fight for you and protect you at all costs.
