Aleah Lateef’s life has taken a turn she never expected. When she feels like she has hit rock bottom she doesn’t know where to go, what to do, how to proceed forward with her life. She is young, beautiful, but one moment changed everything for her. Will she be able to deal with life and the aftermath of that fateful day? Will people’s actions and her family beat her down even farther than she has already fallen?
Relentless Hope is one young girl’s journey to finding herself in this messed up world. She hits rock bottom, and has to pull herself out of the depths of despair. She struggles, boy does she struggle. When an unexpected stranger saves her not only once, but on several occasions will she be able to repay him for his kindness? Will life as she knows it change for the good this time? How will she deal with the stress that comes along with adulthood? Oh there are so many questions that I could answer for you, but I honestly think that you should read this one yourself, and find those answers. I loved reading Aleah’s story; I know we will see great things out of her in the future. Can I also say that I might have fussed at Aiden more than once in this book? Because I did, he frustrated me, I wanted to smack him silly and hug him tight, and he really did have my emotions flying all over the place.
I would also like to say that Ashley Cassidy done an excellent job of taking situations that are normally gossiped about or overlooked and brought them front and center. She handled them with style and grace. I look forward to reading book 2 of the series!

The last 4 years has been hard on Eden and she still continues to struggle and cope with something that was taken away from her against her will. Now she pretends to be someone she's not and can no longer say the word "no" to anyone out of fear. When she returns to the one place she swore she would never return to again for a job opportunity the last thing she ever expected was to run into Ky Crawford. Neither one is looking for love but they can't stop the instant connection between them.
Ky has demons of his own that continue to haunt him and makes him feel unworthy of any kind of a relationship. When he lays eyes on Eden that night at the club he knows things are about to change. I love the relationship that grows between Ky and Eden. You can't help but fall in love with Ky and his Knight in Shining Armor ways. As an English major in college, I took a summer job as a proofreader for a small town newspaper, and got hooked on editing. I also worked my way through college training horses. After graduation, I landed a job for a small independent editing firm, and stayed there for 15 yrs. An old friend, Lucian, approached me to edit his special fiction project, and I got hooked. After an insane few months editing his Dom Wars series for him, Lucian convinced me I should try my hand at writing as well. I’m his co-author for Round Six, the final Dom Wars installment, and we will co-write the White Knight Academy series as well. raise my eyebrows at the reporter. Flashes from cameras are going
off everywhere, as you’d expect in a post-match
press conference—especially for a
game I’d been very lucky to win.
“Not
sure what you mean there, Stan,” I say, reading his nametag. It’s
been less than two minutes, and I’m already sick
of where this is going. “I came
here to play tennis—that’s it. It’s a damn shame that reporters like yourself having nothing better to do
than focus on what I do in my
private time.”
“But
is it private time when you’re out until three a.m. the night before a big match?” he persists.
I
shrug, and wipe my mouth in an attempt to hide my smirk. “Players
prepare for matches in different ways. I’m sure
for some a good night’s sleep does
the trick, but for me, I’ll take an evening of rough and sweaty sex over a quiet night any day of the
