Once an Angel by Teresa Medeiros
The last thing Justin
Connor expected to find washed up on the wild shores of his island
paradise was a young woman asleep on the sand, curled like a child
beneath the moonlight. His peace is shattered by the mischievous
creature with the wicked dimple and mysterious past.
cheated of her inheritance, Emily Claire Scarborough has sailed halfway
around the world to find the man who promised her father he would take
care of her, then abandoned her to an English boarding school. She is
determined to make him pay for her years of loneliness--with nothing
less than his heart.
Teresa wrote another great book.
book has adventure, love and just a hint of a mystery. I loved that
this book did not really have the damsel being kidnapped and have to be
Emily and Justin learn a lot about each other, and what happened to both of his partners.
I give it 4 stars. It was not a book that I couldn't put down. But a very good book.
Emily did a lot of antics to get Justin's attention throughout the entire book.
