This
story follows the second chance romance of Lexi and Jude. Jude and
Lexi have a past that left them both broken in their own way. Lexi and
Jude grew up as best friends. When Lexi’s feeling turned into more than
friendship she was scared to tell Jude how she felt. Then one night she
realized that Jude felt the same way. They were great together, then one
night everything she thought she had with Jude shattered. Now 8 years
later Jude is back in town for a concert. Jude is now the Lead singer of
a very famous rock band, Bayou Stix. Will Lexi be able to handle
seeing Jude after all those years apart? Will Jude be able to fight down
the unpleasant feelings he harbors toward Lexi to get back the woman he
has always loved?
I must say I really, really enjoyed this book. I try to write my reviews spoiler free because I don’t want to give something away that is important for the reader to learn themselves. However this book is HOTTTT and I believe that is something that everyone should know!!! Skye did an excellent job mixing together scenes that will leave you moist in all the right places. There was a great storyline that kept you wanting more. I loved Bradi and Erik!! They were awesome secondary characters that added to the story. If you are looking for a hot rocker book, this would be a great choice!! If you are looking for a sexy book to read for inspiration, this would be a winner! Hell, don’t second guess this one, just give it a try. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

I must say I really, really enjoyed this book. I try to write my reviews spoiler free because I don’t want to give something away that is important for the reader to learn themselves. Adams. Blue is a magnificent music journalist that has joined Bayou Stix
on their latest tour. She has known the band for over 8 years and she
is friends with most of the guys; all of them but Jessie. Jessie is a
man-whore, different girl each night, he is also the biggest Jerk Blue
has ever encountered. They have been at each other’s throats for years
now. They can’t stand one another, but will one afternoon stuck in an
elevator change the course of their lives? Will Blue find out that
Jessie isn’t quite the Jerk she thought he was? Will Jessie finally find
the one woman who can tame him?
This book was HOT!! Jessie sure does know how to work his “Salami” the right way! I loved that we got more from the rest of the band as well. All the secondary characters are again wonderful parts of the book. I don’t want to give much away. Jessie and Blue both have strong personalities. They are both stubborn, yet loving at the same time. When Blue gets the opportunity to go to Baton Rouge to spend time with the band and those closest to Jessie, will she go? Will she be able to walk away from her life in L.A and find what she has been missing for so long?
I love this series, there is not a lot of drama but there is a whole lot of SEXINESS!!! If you are into fun loving rock stars, you will get quite a few of them in this one. If you like strong leading ladies, this one would fit the bill for you. If you haven’t read Alluring Turmoil you should read that one first. You should also keep a look out for Alluring Ties Bayou Stix 2.5 coming soon!
