Tempting Trouble: two stories of erotic romance

Story 1: Tempting Witness

Rafe has been in love with Madison Dubois for longer than he cares to admit. Unfortunately for him, she views him as a big brother. Or so he thinks. When she shows up on his doorstep terrified for her life, he has no choice but to keep her safe. Undeniable sparks fly when they’re forced to share a roof but unless he can keep her alive, their relationship might not have a chance to even start.

Story 2: Better Late Than Never (bonus short story)

For the past year Randall Phillips has kept his distance from sexy Lindsay Taylor. When she’s in a car accident, everything is put into perspective and he throws all his rules out the window. They share a heated kiss but for the weeks she’s on temporary leave she ignores his calls. Now that it’s her first day back at work, he plans to convince her they’re meant to be together. I received Tempting Trouble by Savannah Stuart from NetGalley as an ARC for my honest review.

Tempting Trouble is a two short stories. Story One is Tempting Witness. Tempting Witness is the story of long time friends, Rafe and Madison. Rafe is Madison's brother Andre's Best Friend. He has always been there for Madison and her family. Over the recent years Rafe has found himself having feeling for Madison that are not brotherly. Rafe's question is how does Madison feel about him?

When Madison finds herself in danger she runs to Rafe for help. He is a detective and has always made her feel safe. Will she be able to hide her growing feelings for him? Will he protect her body as well as her heart?

I really liked this short story. It was short and to the point but it was HOTTTT!!! The Sex scenes were scorching! Just what I needed when I was in between novels. There was a sweet epilogue so we know where the couple ended up.

Better Late than Never was the second short story. Short being the key word. This story was about Randy and Lindsay. Lindsay is a receptionist for Randy's father. There is not much backstory or follow up for this one. You basically get one night of passion and that is it.

I received this book as an ARC for my honest review.
